Most of our deals are underwritten to a 5 year hold, but this can vary based on the business plan and market conditions. When developing projects from the ground up, the hold period can be as short as 2 years if the business plan is to sale upon completion.

Investors receive profits from the cashflow of the property quarterly. On development projects, there is an initial period of construction that must complete and portion of business plan executed before distributions can be made.
Once you have chosen to invest with us, you have the option to become a member of our investor community and begin seeing investment opportunities. Interested investors are provided with an Offering Memorandum (OM) that outlines the kinds of properties, markets, and projected returns that the fund will focus on. Investors fill out the necessary investment documents and invest money which becomes part of the equity capital. Investors receive quarterly investment updates and profit payments.
